14-day money-back guarantee. If the materials don't live up to what you saw on our page, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund every penny. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email supportfollowhype@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you used at checkout (or tell us that address). You don't need to give a reason.

What gets refunded

The full amount you paid for the order.

When you'll see the money

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we process it, it usually takes 5 to 10 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Because the materials are digital and can be kept, refund requests made after 14 days are not covered by the guarantee. If something went wrong with your files, contact us anyway: we'll always help with delivery problems.
