Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every purchase made from Kind Classroom Education ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. The product

Kind Classroom Education sells digital teaching resources: illustrated, printable anti-bullying mind maps (PDF) and, in the Complete Pack, the bonus materials described on the sales page at the time of purchase (activities, an Anti-Bullying Week kit and group activities).

This is a 100% digital product. Nothing is shipped. You can print the materials or display them on a screen.

2. Educational content

The materials are general educational resources to support conversations about bullying, empathy, kindness, respect and inclusion. They are not a substitute for your school's safeguarding and anti-bullying policies, or for professional advice in individual cases.

3. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, we send all the materials for your package to the email address you entered at checkout within 24 hours, usually much sooner. If nothing arrives, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we will resend it. Please make sure your email address is correct.

4. Licence

When you buy, you receive a non-transferable licence to download, print and use the materials with your own pupils, classes and school groups, and at home. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute or publish the files, in whole or in part, or include them in products you sell, without our written permission.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. If your card is in another currency, your bank may convert the amount and may charge its own fees.

6. Refunds

You are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can help you quickly.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
